Issue with UP C45AH and SD70ACe

Hello, Is their a fix available for these locomotives, They for some reason showed up Faulty and I paid 45 Canadian $ for these locomotives, I really wanted to use them, I tried reinstalling them and to no avail, I am really hoping for a Fix or a Refund if not fixable

I have UP C45AH, UP SD70ACe George Bush and UP SD70ACe NON-ISO 2a Early all working flawlessly in TRS22 SP2 (Build 122411).

Update, to fix it, you have to Look at Asset versions for Cab Chair Library and delete the obsolete ones, Then it works. Thanks to BBarnes005 for finding that out
