Is thier a tutoral on how to use the Search Engine in Forums

Hi All,
I've been with Trianz for a while now
For the life of me i can't work out how to search forums
eg.looking for kuid xxxxxxxxxxxxx and it comes up with a heap of threads
And what's Refineinng your Search asking for exact name of user, how do you know the user, and it won't come up what you are imputting
I can see why a lot of people are asking for stuff and they can't do a simple search and find what they are looking for
Don't know if this makes sense

This method works, by bypassing the forum Search, and searching the forums anyway:
