Is There something like this for trainz?

Hello All:

Is there a fire train, or police train like one of these for trainz 04-09 ?

I don't know of a fire or police train in TRZ, and I may be wrong, but I suspect that the train pictured is not in fire service, but rather sprays herbicides to prevent growth of weeds along the right of way. I would expect a fire train to have more tank cars assigned.

Herbicide train. I have seen one similar to it, with 3 tank cars of herbicide, two of water, and engine, and at the end, a converted caboose with sprayers.
