If you mean groups of people who enjoy prototypical operations in MP environments, then check out TOPSIG, Trainz Operation Special Interest Group.

We used to host MP OP-sessions keeping a railroad up and running. I host the sessions, but have taken a slight leave form Trainz for the holidays a work has been busy.
