Is there a rule that checks a signals state?

It would be very useful to me! Something along the lines of IF signal is green complete rule. Or red.. So you could do an ordered list that takes place if a signal is a certain state, changing a junction for example.

I tried the DLS but couldn't find anything when searching for rules with signal in the name.

I am not into the scripting but my experience indicated that everything is controlled by A1.

Well if theres rules that can change a signals states surely one can check it..

Are you using AI to drive your trains? I've seen some use two signals about 10m apart just before a junction.
I've used trigger junction and switch junction rules to have junctions change before i reach them when i'm driving.Testing them at 87 mph on main line with 80-90 junctions over 65 miles.

It should be possible as the more detailed HUDS show the next signal state. Obviously they are checking its state in order to display it.
