Is there a hack to stop lag?

I said this before but seems like nothing is working. Train Simulator works great on high levels just not on TSX but trainz seems to lag and gives me a headache.

I have a Toshiba P755-S5390

Processor* Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM processorOperating System* Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit), SP1Graphics Engine* Mobile Intel® HD GraphicsGraphics Memory* 64MB-1696MB dynamically allocated shared graphic 6GB DDR3 1333MHz memoryHard Drive* 640GB HDD (5400rpm, Serial ATA)Optical Drive* DVD-SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) with Labelflash™ drive

The problem you have is that you've got an Intel graphics card. No amount of tweaks will sort that problem out - only solution is to see if a dedicated card can be put into the system (which if it's a laptop, that's unlikely).

EDIT: You can try Gamebooster out though.

I found that editing the Trainzoptions.txt helped.

I added:
-ResourceMemory=3072
-framerate=25
-framestoaverage=14

And that made a difference. Also reduce the graphical settings. I have all detail except for train detail on low. I find full fog and the maximum draw distance looks and operates the best.

And if that's still not good enough, Game Booster is the way to go!

I tried the editing but cant find that any of those only framerate and also it said denied when I tried to save it.

Two things:

1.You are meant to add any that are not present into the file, one per line.
2.Save the file to the desktop, then move it into the Trainz installation folder.
