Is the platinum edition of TANE worth it?

Hi! Currently on Steam there is a sale, and a good deal on the edition, but I am curious as to if it is worth it at this time? Help?

I chose not to buy it becuase my interest is massively focused towards UK railways, with only a very small number of exceptions - so no matter how good value it is, I don't want 3 or 4 more massive international routes and content in T:ANE because it's just space being taken up, lists being made longer and more content to scan in a database repair - and I'll never use it! You have to weigh it upo for yourself.

I purchased it and thought it was well worth the upgrade from TANE Std. I agree with others though, it's personal taste and what you enjoy.

Well alexl102, I am very much leaning to your corner and I am British from the northern part of the Kingdom (over the border!)and it is our railways that are my main interest and although T:ANE is progress (I am still with TRS12!) I am like you and not really taken on with large routes that don't appeal to me. Was tempted on that but then put off a bit with those routes that I would be stuck with and unable to dismiss.
