Is it possible to "Undelete" a Route or Session Please?

Remember the Withered Arm
Here's the scenario. I spent hours and hours modifying a route and creating a very satisfying session. All the way through, I saved my work at various intervals.
However, last night, for whatever reason - it may have been a brain-fart, I saved it as a "New Route and Session" but with the same name.
This morning, bright and early, I deleted the first named route with the same name only to find that the deleted one was the one I had worked so hard on!
My question is "Does the Route and its associated session disappear forever or does it go to a folder we don't access - a bit like the Recycle Bin? (I'm using TRS2022 by the way, although that probably doesn't make any difference.)

As stagecoach says.

Look in the backups folder. Within the backups folder are folders arranged by date.

In the date-folder you choose, look for the .tzarc file with your route name and KUID. Hint: grab the biggest ones since the others maybe small caches.

Copy that file to the edit folder.

Run a DBR to import the .tzarc file.

The alternative method (easier and no DBR required):

Download this program here: TZarchiver v1.2 - Trainz Romania (tapatalk.com)

Unzip where you want to put it and run it - there is no install (YAY!) for the program.

Follow the steps to locate the .tzarc file of choice.

Drag and drop the file into the program interface and run it.

The .tzarc will be decompressed to an asset-folder that you can then import into Content Manager. Drag and drop works here as well.
