Yes, just use the little symbol and select a new one in DCC mode.

If you mean while Driving..... In driver Command mode (Driver UI)
Hover your mouse in between two existing commands and you'll see the "commands" symbol (downward carats). With the carats showing click mouse.
You can also drag commands to move them. Hover over icon and click AND HOLD. Drag the icon to place it where you want and release mouse button.
