Why does it seem that during holiday weekends here in the states, the DLS seems to 'go down' to where one cannot download anything. I have a FCT, and download speeds are locked at 0 bps today.
Very simple, during holidays, more people have the time to d/load. The more people doing this, the more the load on the server(s) increases, often so much so, these become overloaded and you can experience what you do.
