As most will know, I have been working on the NI Railways thing for a while but I have laid track over the Border as far south now as Drogheda on the way to Dublin (no scenery yet beyond Newry) however in Drogheda there is the River Boyne combined viaduct and bridge. As a break, I footered about looking for something even vaguely that could represent it with no great success. I wouldn't mind if I had to combine a couple of different things to cross the river in the town. Suggestions welcome. When the bridge was partly rebuilt earlier in the 20th century the double track on both approaches was altered to single on the structure so I need to consider a viaduct with no track. It isn't the end of the world and it will be some time before I get to that stage but any ideas would not be amiss! I have a number of bridges to put in on the route south but ths one is a bit more different.
A regular bridge bulder did get in touch but measurements wreen't available and an eariler offer didn't materialise. In the end I may just cobble something when I get to scenery at Drogheda rather than be held up pondering.
If you search for the viaduct on Wikipedia there are several pics there that give ann idea what it looks like.
