Invisible Platforms

I remember seeing something about invisible platforms, but I didn't take much notice at the time because I was looking for something else!

Does an invisible platform provide interactive passengers at stations that are not themselves interactive?

If that is the case, can some kind person tell me how to find them on the DLS?

If that is not what they are intended for, then could someone enlighten me regarding their use?

Andi06 and yes you just drop them in over an existing platform. TC3 is supposed to have enhanced passenger support ie different passenger sets.

Invisible platforms or stations are fully passenger active. You can drop them in over the top of none active stations or you can place them, then build your own platforms and buildings to fit. Do a search for invisible or stations or basic.
