Installed Route Not Active

I am in the second month of a Gold subscription. Previously, Tidewater Point Rail was one of my routes. Now when I start the game, it no longer shows as a route. I searched Content Manager, and the status shows "Installed, Payware (not active)". Does this mean I must now purchase the route in order to continue to use it?

The previous version was beta. It's gone inactive because it will be released soon as the released version. (I'm somewhat assuming some things here as same happened here. I know the one I had was a beta release.) You won't have to purchase, it will likely show up in your Content Store for download one of these days.

You will not need to purchase it as you have a gold sub. Tony mentioned a while back that there were some issues with the route and it will be available when these are fixed.
I will now not worry about the preview pass and only download once it is available for sale, to avoid having inactive installed payware.
