Installation Repair

I am in a last resort situation, I will not go into all my issues which a currently the subject of a continuing investigation be N3V.
However I am now experiencing more issues,
- not all scheduled drivers are showing when moving from Session Edit to Drive Session.
- when some show they are different each time.
- continuing to experience CTD's

These difficulties, other than the CTD's, appeared after I purchased a copy of TRS2022 with Surveyor2.
It is my understanding that it was already included in my not subscription copy of TRS2022 build 122418 and this would be activated after my purchase.

I am currently making a back up copy onto an external drive as I am considering trying to a do a fresh install over the existing one.

Has anyone attempted this and if so what was the result

Each install is installed as a stand-alone version, it will not replace an existing one. The latest build is 123801 for non-subscription versions. 122418 is an old version and only an update will bring it into the S2.0 version. Purchasing a newer version will not update the old one.
