For most of it, I would say yes you can but there will be some things that will have faults, so you will have to replace these items with other items and resave the route.
TS2009 is not too bad but TS2010 is more strict and weeds out more faulty content, but there is a way round this in the settings page, all you need to do is tick the box for compatibility mode.
