Installation Data Failed to Load

For some reason, whenever I try to update to SP5, I get this message after a while:

This, however, isn't true: all date has already been downloaded, at least I think it has. Either way, can somebody please tell me how to fix this glitch?
 
Try running the Patch installer from your TRS22 (whatever version) directly. Make sure that this folder, TRS22.exe, and Patchinstaller.exe are excluded from your antivirus and TRS22.exe is allowed through the firewall.

Running the Patch Installer separate will bring up the same dialog box as if you are installing from the Launcher. I have found updating this way works better sometimes.

Unfortunately, I have been running the installer from the launcher. I tried excluding the exes from my antivirus, but that didn't work either.
 
Try downloading the full program version from My Trainz and reinstalling. I'm pretty sure that will fix that problem. With this new installation this will be up to date and ready to use. You will need to point the fresh installation to your existing database once the program is installed.
