Industry and ATLS Quirks

Hello,

Working on my route and trying things as I add them... I have run into a couple issues I cannot seem to solve.

1) I am using ATLS to control bnsf50's crossings to my liking. That works quite well, except that with some of the crossings, the gates go up at the right time, but the cars (not all) are held for a seemingly random amount of time afterward. This screenshot shows what I mean and also shows that the first car on the left passed through the crossing, but all the others are still stopped. They stayed this way for several minutes before moving.

2) I have the YR Limestone Unloader on my route (KUID:430547:100099), but when I set the AI to drive to it and unload, nothing happens. The train simply does not move. The speed dial in DCC mode also does not go away. No errors are given. I can put a trackmark beyond where the unloading location is and it will happily navigate to it, but it won't go directly to the unloader.

Any thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks!

I'll make a comment here regarding the traffic. I think this is as you said a random thing that happens. I have that with the other non-ATLS BNSF50 crossings. It sort of mimics real life as some people doze off or play with the cell phones at lights and rail crossings. They don't wake up immediately and cause a traffic jam.

I had a similar problem with the unloader, not sure which one now, it was not recognised by the navigate to command.
When I checked the loader it it showed as being ok.
When I drove the trian manually it refused to unload.
What had happened was that the track part of the loader wasn't there as an industry track, it had reverted to a rail only track.
I removed the unloader and replaced it and it worked ok.
cheers,
Mike

Thank you to both! I figured it was simply something with the roads being strange... Also, removing and replacing the unloader worked flawlessly.

Thanks again!
