It's one of vendel's beautiful creations and can be found in the FMA Rolling Stock section of Trainz.hu under FMA Ypl - 4axle maintenance car - here's a link. You may need to register first (free) if you haven't already done so.

I believe FMA are gradually putting all their content on the DLS which is a very positive move for those who want to use it in their routes
