I've been trying to increase the maximum speed of some trains in TC3. I've read the forum and tried the following - none of which have worked
1. Edited the max speed in the config file of some locomotives - and then committed the edited file
2. Done the same for coaches in a consist
3. I have changed the maximum speeds in the two speed settings within Session Rules
None of this has worked. The Brittania still has a max speed of 106, and the Class 31 a max speed of 100.
Does anyone have any other suggestinos for how to increase the speed?
