in cab signals problem.

I have recently modified the inrd sd9043mac to use the in cab signal mech #5 and the signal is on but for some reason stays red/yellow even thought the mainline signal shows green for the next block. I have done this to both the sd80mac and 70 mac and the signals work can someone tell me whats going on?

the script to control them does not exist on that engine.

would I be able to find that script in a unit that uses in cab signals like the sp sd80 mac and put it in the sd90's file?
Where is the script and what should it say?
What does the script look like?
