please help me ..amd excuse for bad english
I bought and installed train 2019, entered user and password correctly, but when starting trainz it says:

impossible to authorize this product. please check the details of your mytrainz account (previously planet auran) in the start window ... settings ... internet.
please help me...thank you

Welcome to the forums Angelo.

Check that your antivirus and your firewall aren't blocking the application from loading and accessing the internet. That can cause all kinds of problems such as the one you are seeing.

If you bought it via Steam, you'll have to contact help desk so they can activate it for you since there is a common bug between Steam and N3V's DRM servers... (it also applies to TANE and DLCs as well from Steam)...
