Hi,
I might misunderstand, but in case I do not, the answer is yes.
It's a little bit work, possible complicated would also be a word to use;
I used several exports from TransDEM to add various layers of tracks, and those 3D images I can get out of TransDEM overlaying each other using Layers for each block occupying the same space.
The way I remember it was that I picked put of the Trainz Editing Folder the various files and saved a separate place and after doing my various exports, I renamed the various pieces and put it all together.
-> BUT, my mind say now that I can't recall this correctly, as Trainz used to use only 1 track file, one object file, one ground file, hence, I must have done it differently, just no longer recall how.
So, I possible should have just shut up, but, I wanted to share that it is possible to use TransDEM to add images and tracks unto Trainz maps, but, I think it all stops at the T:ANE level as N3V changed the way Trainz works on the ground, tracks and object level, in later versions and TransDEM can't read, work/write out those files.
My mind still say it should be possible, but it is a a lot of swapping of files and maybe the newer Trainz are not working like I know the old ones, so everything above may just me me babbling.
I regret typing, but I want to leave it still here in case someone else is having something more up to date info to add, as mine is several years old and is based on older experiences.
