Important warning about the latest Windows Update - do not install!

One could make the obvious observation here. Microsoft has the resources, $$$$, programmers, analysts, designers, alpha (i.e. "in house") testers, etc and yet they still cannot get it right. Clearly they either did not test enough (and how much testing is actually enough?) or their in house systems do not fully match the range and variety of system that exist "in the wild". Other system and software developers would have similar stories.

Yet when N3V "slips up" all h*ll breaks loose in these forums.

More problems with update KB5063878 have been identified by Microsoft. It has a UAC bug that breaks app installations.

Guess I will not ever have that kind of problem, since I am silly enough to be an Administrator on my system, as well as doing run as administrator when I need to run software that does changes to the system.
