Actually, I did try to open an account with freeimage.host today. My username, email address and password were all accepted, but they kept failing all day to send an email with a link to activate my account. So screw them too.

Found mine in the "Junk mail2 folder.

I checked both my in-box and junk mail folder every few minutes for a full hour after their web site said they had sent me an email. Nothing turned up in that time, or in the next 24 hours.

I explicitly “white listed” their email address (as suggested by the web site) and repeated the process a few times but the result was the same.

Strange, because when I signed up with freeimage.host it all happened very quickly and I was able to make uploads to their site a few minutes later.

FreeImage.host worked for me as well although the confirmation post went to my junk mail folder.
