Hi! When you're posting a reply, take a look in the toolbar above the text box. Just past the two hyperlink icons in the last section of the bar is an image icon. Click that, and paste your image link in there.

So your picture should come out as this:

And not this:

If you want a simpler method, use the address you've posted and look on the right-hand side for an IMG entry. Click this to copy it to the clipboard then paste it into your post.

Indeed - it's what's known as BBCode (Bulletin Board Code) which is like a set of commands.
