Hello, I am a biginner of Trainz, 19 years old. I live in Tokyo, Japan. But Japan has few player who play Trainz, so it's difficult for me to get information about this game. That's why I visit this forum.

I'm searching some good sites which provide "free" download contents. For example, locomotives, coaches, routes and so on. But I'm not used to use English web site. I tried to google some contents, but hit not so many.

Saying concretely, I want to get Dash9, Amtrak trains and American pulluman passenger cars. Passenger cars which contain passenger view are good. Is there anybody who inform me some good sites? YOROSHIKUONEGAISHIMASU :)

Register your game and you get free access to 208.000 items on the download site of N3V via an installed content option.

Thank you for your reply very much^^ You say launch TRS, then click 'content', then download anything what I like from 'download station', don't you? Are these items all free?

Those are all free to use.

A few notes:
- By default you can only download 100mb per day at a speed of 5kb/sec.
- If you buy a First Class Ticket (FCT) those limits are removed.
- You are not allowed to re-distribute those items or change and distribute those items without permissions of the makers.

Welcome aboard, shosei. There are some good third-party sites such as www.rrmods.com and www.jointedrail.com that host some good freeware content. If you are considering getting the FCT (First Class Ticket), the year long version for 19.99 AUD or the lifetime version for 119.99 AUD are the best onesfor the value. there's another of my posts that contains some info on backdating newer content for use in TRS 2006/2004, but if you have a newer version such as TRS 2010: Engineers Edition, this process is not necessary unless the content is made only for TRS 2012.

shosei,

As oknotsen stated above, we need to know what version you have. This can usually be done by registering your serial number, but there have been a few issues re: station stops not appearing for certain versions.
