Well, in addition to all the kids and grandkids and nieces - nephews and all their offspring, I also spent about 10 years working as a teacher's aide in a Chicago elementary school - mostly with "The Children of the Damned", crack babies that survived and grew into the worst kind of ADHD kids with severe mental and emotional problems. If there's one thing I do know about, it's children.

Didn't do it from any kind of noble intentions, I did it because I was a single parent with an autistic kid and needed a job with shorter working hours. Schoolteachers constantly complain about being underpaid, but they never have to work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week and try to find babysitters to cover the midnight hours.
I agree with Ed, it is a great picture there, look after them, it's a tough world and it's getting harder by the day. By the way, your son Jim doesn't half look like you, but I bet you get told that nearly every day.
