Illegal clones of some FMA-objects

Browsing the web I have found a Trainz-site:

There are some illegal clones of 'FMA transverse crossing' assets (the originals are available on DLS only, under user ID 52)

I just ask you - do NOT install these replicas onto your Trainz and do NOT use them on your routes!

If they are yours which they seem to be, and I for obvious reasons I don't want the details, but have you contacted them yet?

Edit: You say the originals are only on Auran's download station, yet I've just tried it with private browsing, and you need to be logged on to enter and download stuff from there. Is it me, or does the site look similar to another similar incident a while back?

I think I know who is responsible for copying your content, I think Passwords copied your content without your permission because when I looked in the Config file, it had FMA written in it!

Well they are from the European Community, so I suspect that International COpyright issues will hold true. They had better be informed by email, with a copy to their ISP.

the funniest ever is the czech text in the "license" row. Probably some of You are not reading perfectly the czech language, so here is my translation:

license "Bez mýho svolený moje objekty nedávát na jiný stránky než na <his website-address>..."

In english:

license Without my permission my objects may not distributed anywhere else then <his website-address>. ...

So, without HIS permission, HIS objects may not be distributed. Probably he is very young. I was at my age of 2 last time in such a behaviour (yours is mine, mine is not yours :hehe: )

Well, we have nicely promoted this issue, most of the objects are downloaded 5-6 times, the discussed item 32 times

Sorry to hear I has my meshes stolen by some one who wanted to see how I did things in Gmax in good faith I sent a mesh and low and behold there was was my content on the DLS under there name.

So good luck with it all know how you feel.

it seems to me that no matter what we create for our enjoyment like steam locomotives,rolling stock and everything else, there is someone always lying in wait for the chance to steal meshes and thinking that they are going to get away with it and not be caught and Bearcat245, I don't know what is going on here but something needs to be done to stop the theft of content meshes which I see as a breach in a agreement of the original content creator!

Hmm, I found reskins of my rolling stock there, even though I never seen them and it's mentioned clear to 'contact the author' in case of reskinning.

Weird, this is the 1st time I bump into a situation of this kind regarding Czech creators. I'll mention the situation at Czech forums.
