Icons in CM type column ??

I need some help understanding the icons that appear next to things in CM for TS2010.

1. Why do some icons have a small blue dot overlay the icon. Is this the reason I can't see a route in TS2010 but see it in CM?

2. What does Obsolete really mean? Are they not available or incompatible?

Also, when I click on the button to take me to online help, I get a dead wiki site.

Not sure if this is related to my attempt to get the TS2009 builtin content into TS2010.

Yes, the Wiki help is useless, I guess they thought that more members would contribute than actually have.

Obsolete means a newer version has been uploaded to the DLS, usually with a kuid "2" format.

The blue dot means....well, I don't know what the H. E. double hockey sticks the blue dot means! I'm sure this is all explained somewhere, under an obelisk on the dark side of the moon, or some junk.

In defense of my ignorance; I don't actually play the game anymore, I just reskin stuff...

The blue dot means it was made for TS9 and up.
