I would like to know how many software developers and/or engineers are working on future Trainz editions and how many are devising new patches for the current ones.
How many copies of Trainz software have been sold worldwide since its inception?
How knowledgeable are Trainz software people about how real-world railroad systems actually operate?
Microsoft at one time has had one or more editions of its own proprietary railroad simulator but that seems to have been derailed a long time ago.
It seems as if Trainz now is the Big Apple of PC train sim games.
Here is what really worries me and an important question about "future-proofing":
Will my saved TS12 routes/sessions be able to be imported into any future editions of Trainz that might ever be released?
