lets say...They need to extend Amtrak service from pittsburgh south...The Mon Valley is starting to grow again...it took 30 years but we are growing, the mon valley has a college put a station there, The town that is recovering the fastest is Monongahela...build a station there...you want to stir jobs...build passenger service.,
