I quit the chat room

Same here but for different reasons. I just don't like Chat rooms and IM-type programs in general, too hard to keep up with conversations and I blame them (along with FPS-type games) for creating that internet language.

We kill people who use chatspeak in #trainz.

It's a loss if Louise_T doesn't come back, but I hope she does.

However, chat is not a cesspool of idiots using chatspeak. In fact, chat has very intelligent people, of all ages, who participate on a daily basis, sometimes to trade information on trainz, or a joke, or a personal difficulty. We look after our group but we welcome anyone else, as long as you don't mind people that disagree with you. No time to think about a well-worded answer here. We like to keep it live and entertaining.

So if you miss off-topic or want to make friends; if you'd like to talk to some creators, or become one; come into chat.

Boco I shouldn't have to use ignore back in the good old days of Cafe if anyone caused problems and I also include myself in this was banned and after a certain amount of bans they were given a perm ban but now the way I see it is the Trainz Vets have to obey the rules but the newbies don't. So until that changes I quit and if I do pop back in it is only to check if someone is about but don't hold your breath on that been frequent.

...I have noticed a great deal of improvement by many newbies here on the forums. I'm sure with guidance by vets, and a little pressure from mods they will come to grips with the chat room as well.

for those that doi frequent the Trainz chat room on the Auran server I have quit as it seems idiots are more welcome in there than loyal trainz veterans. So enjoy the chat room all and try and avoid the idiots.
