I-portal problem

Hi everybody,
I've created a new i-portal using the script by Lars Ljungberg but I'm fronting an annoying trouble: trains leave in a regular way but when they arrive instead of coming out of the portal they go toward the end of the track inside the portal and never come out.
Probably I've done something wrong with the points but I cannot understand what. Please help!!!! Thanks in advance for your very kind help on the matter.

Sounds like you have to click on the IPortal asset, and type in IPortal configurations (where they enter & exit, and how often) using the " ? " tab in surveyor.

Hi, thank you for your reply but I don't understand it. I mean... the trains arrived in a regular way to my iportal but get the wrong direction so I think it means the configuration of the Iportal should be right. What other is to configurate there?

It could well be the points or, possible but less likely a signal, too close to the portal exit that is the cause of this problem.

uhm ...a signal...actually there is a signal at about 100 meters from the portal....it's something I didn't think about..... I'll see it... thank you for your kind suggestion.

took away the signal, changed the directions and positions of the points.....nothing to do! It keep going the wrong direction!!!!
I'm really out of ideas! It's not possible!!! HELP!!!!!

You probably should rotate your iportal 180 degrees in surveyor. make sure the blue words are facing the track coming out of the iportal, not away from.

Also make sure that the Auran's chat system is green because I have found when they are working on the servers that the chat system is down as well on the game

Make sure the track is connected to the 'Portal Entry' side - if it's connected anywhere else, you may get that effect (especially with IPortal Basic).

Also (even though it may not relate directly to your current problem), it may be worth having a buffer at the end of the Iportal (if you are using the basic version, where the 'Iportal End' is) - it may help prevent signal issues with trains going into the IPortal.
