I/O error 1784 in PM2IM

I'm attempting to convert norfolksouthern37's Dash 9-44CW bogey from PM to IM.

After "Conversion Done," there is no IM file. The PM file is overwritten and remains unreadable to TS2010.

After I hit "Convert" I get I/O error 1784.

What is wrong here?

1. What version of PM2IM are you using? (Help > About)
2. Does this happen with any other assets?

2: I just downloaded the program. I have not yet tested it with any other assets. I'll try with other assets.

Let me know how you get on, so I can see whether it's an asset-specific problem or a problem with the program.

Never mind, I switched the config of the Dash 9 from asset <kuid:45324:50005> to <kuid2:86105:51000:1>, which is the same bogey already converted to IM.

No problem - do still let me know if you do encounter that error with other assets in the future though, as I do have good contact with the program's creator (PEV - Peter Villaume).

I have to reopen this thread, this problem persists and it is not asset-specific.

It is not converting any PM file opened.

All second attempts lead to the error message.

That's concerning. I will need to check with the program creator on that one, but in the meantime what operating system are you running, and are you using the Open With option within Content Manager to launch the program?

I just attempted a conversion with the Open With option, and it was successful in creating IM files. I forgot to hit the "replace PM with IM option" and change the filename in the config.

However, clearing error messages on norfolksouthern37's Dash 9 for Trainz 2010 is like playing Whack-a-Mole. I just got a whole new string of error messages due to missing TGAs in the digits section. I'm trying to fix that by downloading another version.
