I need help

Im trying to play the tutorial of Trainz 12 on a windows 10 laptop but after the part where it tells me to return to chase view after viewing map view in the first tutorial it crashes. Any solutions?

Any solutions? *NOTE* Please do not comment down below "I have the same problem" because it honestly does nothing to help.

Why wouldn't you want people to test the tutorial for you and report their results? Whether or not other users are seeing the same problem is very important in deciding whether the problem is something that is common to several users (such as the tutorial itself) or unique to you (such as your hardware, OS configuration etc).
