Well, you have to excuse us Swedes and other foreigners (or is that "aliens" in US terminology? :hehe for not fully grasping all the fine nuances of the rich English language. However, I do find on www.freedictionary.com the following definition of this particular term:

pissed (p

st) adj. Vulgar Slang 1. Extremely irritated or angry. Often used with off.
2. Chiefly British Intoxicated; drunk.

So, #1 (! :hehe seems to fit robban27's condition. Of course, he may be drunk as well. Not uncommon in Sweden. :hehe:
