i need help please

dear people. i am new to the Trainz Simulator 2009 and i just installed it... i wanted to run Trainz and i clicked start, but it wont respond to my computer and it say its not responsive.... please help me and thank you if you do...

First we need computer specs, OS brand, and type of internet connection.

If you use trainzdiag.exe from the bin file of your trainz 2009 folder it may show where the problem lies, and while your there hit the View button and copy and paste the first few paragraphs they should contain all your spec's.

thanks i got it workin.... and its good now, i had to give the port? i dont kno what that is but i did somethin and it now works great. thanks people...
