I have a malfunction doing this scenario

Hello, I have a little problem doing the Harlem line session 1 in ts2009

When the video of the FL9 pops up, I try clicking the X button but then it completely freezes the game and windows says a problem has occured with the game. It is forced to close. Can someone help me with this error.
