I Copied My Entire Local Folder - Why Am I Missing Dependencies?

So I finally decided to give TRS19 another shot. Last time I tried it, I gradually copied content over from T:ANE as needed.

This time around, however, I copied the entirety of my Local folder from T:ANE into TRS19. This, of course, left me with 1,000+ assets with missing dependencies, which I expected. I then ran all of these assets through the downloader to catch any DLS dependencies, which helped a lot. But I still have 400+ assets missing dependencies! These include locomotives, rolling stock, routes, and sessions.

Why would I be missing dependencies, when I should've copied literally every piece of content I had in T:ANE? Are all of these assets dependent on T:ANE built-ins that haven't yet made it to the DLS?

And I've heard from many people that copying the Local folder and following up with a database repair is not the correct way to go about migrating content, but I had a feeling that opening half a million assets for edit at once, and importing them all to TRS19 at once would cause a nuclear meltdown.

Thanks in advance
Matt

Built-ins and payware not installed will do that along with version differences with assets.

Import the content and ensure you have checked for updates and do any downloads that might be missing. Once imported, check for your missing dependencies again, and then manually check for the missing assets in T:ANE.
