I CAN'T BUY TRS2019

Hello friends, for more than a week ago I have tried to buy trainz2019, but it will not allow me because of this; "We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of people unable to login to the store and are currently looking into how to resolve this." My eldest daughter has tried to help me before my birthday (22nd Dec) and WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO... What response we expect from you...??

Probably at the Weekend and on the on the forum not a lot, contact the helpdesk at the Store or top of the forum.

I would suggest logging into the store first before attempting to purchase anything, have you tried a different browser? and make sure you are using your Trainz login and password. I think the problem may be browser related, it's often the reason when things don't work. Make sure any ad blockers and tracker blocking in both add ons and built into browsers are disabled.
