I Can't buy a 1st class ticket.

I am having issues with trying to buy a first class ticket and can't find a solution in any of the FAQ's. When I enter my details it always tells me I have missed filling in a box and refuses to go any further. I have looked elsewhere for a solution to this but nothing can be found. If anyone involved in the payment page it's BROKEN.
