HUGE!!! pin tack signs for Surveyor..What were they called?

Many years ago, someone released huge signs or pin tacks for labelling parts of your layout as you create.

Can anyone remember what they were called so I can find them on the DS.

I've tried several searches, but with the DS once again taking an age to display a page or refusing to display a page at all, I'd like to find the name of the items so I can go straight to it.

I'm sure I've got them here somewhere on a backup disc, and I could also knock up something similar in Max, but I'd rather just download them from the DS (after all, that's why the creator made them.)

I expect there's quite a few new people here now who never even knew they existed.

Shoot, I didn't know about those.

I've been using the re nameable street signs as used them as markers.

The one I have is - Map Flag Red - Input text which appears on both sides of the flag. Just a rough guess from memory, about 3 1/2 time the height of a loco.
