howto...?

Hello,
I am coming from TRS2004, where it was easy to create content local to my area by simply following a tutorial listed on the site; I found content I needed and simply re-skinned it using photoshop, for my own use.
Now that I'm running TS2009, I can't seem to make it work the same way.
Can someone help me out?

i guess there is no paint shop for trs09 , im looking threw the files and see no paint shop

One option you do have is do your reskinng as you always have, if you still have 04 installed, and import you new reskined objects using CM2.

Just a thought.
