I found that this spacer doesn't match the height of the track I want to space and doesn't match the gradient either. If this question is in the wrong place please move it and let me know where. I will be greatly thankful for all advise.

Even a location for me to read please!

I tried searching for the "GL2L 4SW5M" spacers using every combination of parameter I could think of, and could not locate any matches for this asset. More information might allow members of the Trainz community to help you. For example, what is the KUID of the spacers, and where did you find them, and for what version of Trainz.

I have found and used only one spacer- I don't know if this is what you need. It's made by STW. On the spacer it is labeled "SVENSKA TAGWERK STADERNA, Track platform spacing, 350mm above rail, 1550mm to center of track". Hopefully you can see the screenshot I've put here. The kuid is 41462:23999. It is found in surveyor under track, under the 2nd button at the top (in TS2010) of Trackside Objects- listed as Low track platform spacing. You must be there to place (using the + sign like the other tabs). Just look straight down on the track and click the track next to the platform to place on the track. To move it, you still have to be in trackside objects and use the arrow move button. It helped me to raise my platform height to the top of the spacer, and moving it along the track, I could make sure the platform was the right distance from the track all along the platform. I know all platforms are different heights, but this worked for me... I guess my platform was matched with a "low track". Hope this helps, Rebecca

Ok sorry about this, it's found on the content manager called Spacer GL2 L4 SW5m kuid2:213046:1062:1 author is ehauschi I'm using TRS12 and it loads under Objects F3 in surveyor.

These spacers are fixed tracks, the naming giving information.
GL2 - 2 tracks
L4 - Length 4 meters
SW5 - trackcenters 5 meters apart
