How to load and unload tank cars at industries?

Hi!
I have 2 industries in my layout, a refinery and a crude oil loader. The refinery needs crude oil so go to the crude oil loader to load but looks like can´t load anything.
Go to the refinery and nothing unloads.
What´s the problem?

Hi postman2010,

First you have to set up your industries. Click on the objects tab, click on the question mark at the bottom of the objects tab then click on the industry. This should bring up a panel with the amount in stock and the amount to produce or consume. You can enter new amounts in any of these boxes, I suggest putting the crude oil loader to maximum stock for a start. Do the same to the oil refinery but make the stock low and the consume quantity high. Next you will have to check the tank wagons can carry crude oil. Click on the rollingstock tab and do the question mark thing again with the tanker, this will bring up a small window with icons to show what the tanker can load. If it can't load crude oil click on the commodities icon, select crude oil and click on the tanker.
If you still have trouble post again with the kuid number of the tanker and we will be able to help some more.
The train will have to come to a complete stop to load or unload.

Ok!. I have done the setup process but I still have trouble.
The kuid number is:

Hi postman,

I have downloaded these tank cars and they load ok for me. The only thing I can think of now is that the industry your using might produce crude oil that has a different kuid number. These tank cars load the Auran built in crude oil kuid-3:10010 What is the kuid number of the industry you are using?

See if i can help. You say your INDs are set up to produce crude. How much? (max i hope) In train flyout click the ? and click your tanker,will it load crude oil?
