Issue with TLR

I found an odd behaviour using TLR which I cannot understand the reason: I created a little layout with some baseboards and put on it the default refinery and oil field just to try an authomatic crude oil transportation. They are at 2 baseboards distance one from the other with just a couple of junction in between.
When started the section I got the following results: for the oil field no industries were requiring crude oil and for the refinery there were no crude oil producer available. How could it be?

Update: I sent a driver manually to the oil field and back to the refinery a couple of time then, sudenly, TLR had start to work properly. Mmmh... I don't know what to think about it...

Mmmh... I don't know what to think about it...

The TLR is still a Work in Progress or in beta version. For example, it does not yet support passenger operations. So I would not expect great things just yet.
