How to get Auran serial code?

So... I need help! I go to ContentManager and i try to login, but it says please use serial code:'(

Have you set up your options in the opening screen. It needs your serial number and also your username and password and kuid number you are given when registered. Some may be automatic.

That's an easy one, you buy a copy of Trainz and they give you one free. :wave:

Hi,

The serial number should be on the paper manual - or is in the email if you ordered online.
The serial number is a one time registration, so you cannot register a secondhand copy. Any problems have to be solved by the help desk.

Well.... Dog's don't eat DVD's only CD's. So that kinda rules that one out.

You do have to buy the software in order to obtain a serial number.

After all these years the system is still bulletproof, gotta love that.

You need to register your serial number in your profile. If you do not have one then you might need to contact helpdesk as they are the only ones who handle serial number issues.

When I bought 09 my number was on the CD envelope. I don't know if your's will be in the same place or not.

Edit: Did you get it boxed or digital download?

Let's start at the beginning: where did you buy it from? Was it a digital download, or did you buy it from a shop.

Once we know that, we'll be able to tell you where the serial number is or how it can be obtained.

As Euphod says, to have installed the game you must have had the serial number to install it assuming it's a legitimate copy. If it's not a genuine version of the game I suggest you leave quietly and come back when you've bought one; it's a good game and you'll find plenty of friendly people round here willing to help genuine Trainzers.

Usual locations for serial number:

DVD version - usually on back page of manual.

Digital Download version - check your Order History page in your Auran profile.

If it is in neither of these, then it sounds like you have a big problem.

i am sure he has downloaded trainz from torrent thats why he is not findinding any serial key
if he is legimate user then finding a serial key is not a big challange

Saying that without proof is not proper.

While what you say may or may not be correct, we need to OP to confirm ( or not confirm) where he/she got the program.

Just thinking.... nothing more.
