Unfortunately, I do not have that asset. Can you confirm that you have the dependency <kuid2:45324:25531:2> and it is not faulty? I do not have that asset either.

I have it installed in TRS22 SP4 (Build 126280) and it is not "faulty". You should delete it and reinstall it.

It is provided with "UP SD70ACe 4141 'George Bush 41'", "UP SD70ACe 1111 Employee Pride" and "UP Heritage Mega Pack", all payware from JR.

Where did you get the locomotive? If it was purchased from Jointed Rail then you should contact them directly. It has not been my experience that JR's payware has any issues that cause errors when installing the content.
