How to Disable Texture Streaming on TRS19 Platinum?

I just upgraded from TRS19 to TRS19 Platinum during the Black Friday Sale. Previously I was able to disable Texture Streaming in the performance menu in the launcher. After upgrading, I can't seem to find that option. Is there a way to disable texture streaming in TRS19 Platinum?

No, the texture streaming has been optimised so no longer required.
