how to change trainz start image and background image

I weary those image, how can I change start image and background image, which folder and which file I can change?

example for

well first youll need an image and then you go to your trainz directory and go to bin find ts ts2009 or ts2010 ect open the .bmp file and you do what you want with it should work, but of coarse ive done it on ts2009 in SP4 so do this at your own risk......
